Founded in 1908, the Galashiels Burns Club celebrated its Centenary by holding its Annual Supper on the evening of Friday 25th January in the Volunteer Hall, Galashiels. The Guest Speaker invited to toast 'The Immortal Memory of Robert Burns' was the Past President of the Robert Burns World Federation, Bob Dalziel. Special guests included Father John Creanor, who gave The Selkirk Grace, MP Michael Moore and MSP Jeremy Purves.
The Artistes for The Nicht's Ongauns included Grant Lees & Sandy Heard (Singers), David Sanderson (Tam O'Shanter), Rob Willocks (Holy Willie), Chris Achenbach (Pianist), Bruce Hastie (Piper) and David Lunn (Haggis Bearer).
