TICKETS are now on sale for next month's Galashiels Burns Supper.
The annual event will take place again at Gala Rugby Club on Friday,
January 24, with doors opening at 6p.m. and members asked to be seated
by 6.45p.m.
Former East Lothian MSP Iain Gray will deliver the "Immortal memory"
to be followed by rugby coach Bruce Aitchison proposing the "Toast to the
Lasses".
Schoolteacher Roddy Graham will address the "Land of Cakes - Caledonia".
David Sanderson will perform the recitations and the singers for the
evening are Grant Lees and Sam Cleland.
Tickets priced £30 are available from any Galashiels Burns Club
committee member or at A.&A.Doyle in Bank Street but please note there
is a limited capacity of 100 and the Supper is set to be a sell-out so best to get tickets as soon as possible to
avoid disappointment.
